ApplyConio is the Milan-based fintech, partly owned by Poste Italiane and Banca Generali, that created the first multi-sig Bitcoin wallet in Italy. With the mission of making Bitcoin and digital assets accessible to everyone, we developed a 2-of-3 multi-signature wallet and a patented fund recovery system.

To expand our Customer Experience team we are looking for a Customer Experience intern passionate about Bitcoin and digital assets.
Your impact
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
support our customers on several channels (no phone assistance):
in-app chat;
website support;
dedicated email address;
direct messages on social media;
social media communities;
interact directly with the entire Conio Team - marketing team, compliance team, IT team, etc. - and be able to handle Bitcoin, crypto and digital assets topics.
Your skills
Your Skills
We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
● capability to organize work, learn rapidly and being flexible;
● passionate about technology;
● ability to independently organize your work, meet deadlines, and establish correct priorities.
● a native-level proficiency in Italian or C2 level is required.
Nice to have
Furthermore, you are the ideal candidate if:
sensitive to customers needs;
available, polite and courteous;
concise and clear in speaking:
