To expand our Product Design team, we are looking for a UX Researcher & Writer Intern passionate about crypto for an internship position.
Your impact
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and other UX methods to uncover user needs.
Analyze research data to generate actionable insights.
Write clear, concise microcopy for mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders for a consistent user experience.
Your skills
We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
Pursuing or recently graduated in UX, Design, Psychology, or related fields.
Knowledge of UX research methods and content writing.
Native Italian speaker with good English communication skills.
Familiarity with FigJam, Miro, Intercom, and research tools like Maze.
Portfolio and CV highlighting relevant projects and skills.
Nice to have
Furthermore, you are the ideal candidate if:
You have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.
You have interest or experience with analytics tools and user behavior tracking.
You are enthusiastic about staying updated with UX trends, especially in tech and crypto.
